§ Angela EagleThe Department has received a number of representations about a regional chamber in the West Midlands following publication of the Government's White Paper "Building Partnership for Prosperity" in December last year. The West Midlands Local Government Association has now produced a consultation paper on a regional chamber and is currently seeking the views of regional organisations. I look forward to receiving a final proposal later this year.
