§ Mr. Raynsford[holding answer 5 May 1998]: As part of our review, we are setting up a working party comprising representatives from national residents' groups, the two main trade associations, local authorities and officials from my Department. The first meeting of the working party will take place later this month. Once it has agreed its terms of reference and programme of work, we will have a clearer idea of the timetable for competing our review.
