Whether they intend to bring to justice those responsible for crimes committed within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom in support of the political programme of the IRA before Easter 1998. [HL1594]

Every effort will continue to be made to bring to justice perpetrators of crimes in the United Kingdom in connection with the affairs of Northern Ireland, regardless of when they were committed.
