§ Mr. MacdonaldScottish Office Ministers, particularly my noble Friend the Minister for Agriculture, the Environment and Fisheries meet the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds frequently during the course of their Ministerial duties. We have no plans to meet the RSPB in the immediate future.
