§ Mr. Alan HowarthThere were no grants made in the 1996–97 financial year. In 1997–98, the Department commissioned research into the settlement of disputes between disabled people and service providers and payment of £22,950 has been made. A further £2,501 will be payable, in 1998–99, upon completion of the project.
