§ Mr. BattleI am aware of a number of reports and presentations by Valuplast in recent months concerning the UK's recovery and recycling of plastics. I believe that these show steady growth, but that industry investment will be needed to achieve the targets in the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997.
