To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if he will publish figures for band D council taxes in England in 1998–99, showing(a) figures for each notifiable authority excluding parish precepts, (b) figures for each notifiable authority including parish precepts, (c) the percentage increase in council tax for each notifiable authority including parish precepts, (d) council tax for the area of each billing authority, (e) the percentage increase in council tax for the area of each billing authority and (f) equivalent figures for each class of authority.
