§ Mr. FatchettThis Department's Panel 2000 will draw up a strategy for the public presentation of Britain worldwide and identify key messages to put across. It will bring together members of the private and public sectors under my chairmanship.
The process of choosing panel members is not yet complete, but the Panel will be made up from a wide range of people from the public and private sector.
