To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the number of(a) claims brought and (b) occasions when compensation was paid, by Scottish courts in respect of injuries received at work for each of the last five years indicating the number of injuries recorded per 100,000 persons at work in Scotland in each year or as much information as is readily available to him.
