§ Mr. BanksCornish is of Celtic origin and has not been spoken as a living language since the 18th century and we have no current plans to promote it. However, I recognise my hon. Friend's close interest in such matters and trust he will use his customary zeal and imagination to draw wider attention to the plight of Cornish.
