§ Ms Glenda JacksonAll the available information is contained in the table. Only park-and-ride schemes that individually cost £;2 million or more received scheme-specific allocations for 1998–99. Local authorities also have the freedom to pursue schemes below that value, using the block allocations they receive for packages of 363W transport measures. Under the package approach they are not required to specify before the start of a financial year the schemes they will pursue using those allocations. So
