§ Mr. Andrew SmithThe Department for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in consultation with my Department and other Government Departments, drew up the environmental criteria against which projects will be assessed. Environmental organisations were consulted fully. We have not had further representations, but we welcome feedback from environmental groups.
