§ Mr. IngramIn recent weeks there have been a number of terrorist incidents. The Government deplore these attacks, in particular the appalling murders of Mr. Allen and Mr. Trainor at Poyntzpass on 3 March. These attacks are designed to de-rail the talks process and those who carry them out are working against the majority of the people in Northern Ireland who clearly want peace. The Government are determined they will not succeed.
