§ Mr. RaynsfordThe Inspector who conducted the public local inquiry into the called in planning applications for an extension to the park and ride scheme at Bar End, Winchester, has now submitted his report to the Secretary of State. Representations were made at the inquiry by Hampshire County Council and others. The Secretary of State received some 145 letters about the proposals and these were submitted to the Inquiry. The Secretary of State is considering the Inspector's report and will announce his decision as soon as possible.
