§ Clare ShortMy Department is revising Country Strategy Papers. These will consider how we can work in partnership with individual developing country Governments towards the goal of poverty eradication set out in the White Paper. We expect this to result in some restructuring of individual country programmes. Country Strategy Papers will be made publicly available when they are finalised.
