To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if he will place in the Library a copy of the correspondence referred to by the Under-Secretary of State the hon. Member for Hampstead and Highgate (Ms Jackson), in the letter to the hon. Member for Christchurch dated 13 February 1998 which was exchanged between his Department, the Treasury and the Office for National Statistics relating to the proposed allocation of costs to different functions for the purpose of calculating fees under regulations to be introduced under the Department of Transport (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1998.
