To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to his answer of 20 April 1998,Official Report, column 528, relating to current expenditure on his Department's emergency planning activities, if he will identify the subject or subjects of the expenditure classed as "(f) other" in his answer; and if he will make a statement. The information requested is given in the table. The figures for other expenditure provided in the Answer of 20 April included, in error, some costs relating to the Emergency Planning College. This has been corrected in the table.
