To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what factors underlie the compensation rates paid to(a) dairy farmers and (b) lowland suckler producers. [46458]

Dairy farmers and lowland suckler producers may benefit from payments under a range of Schemes. Most of the terms and conditions of these Schemes are determined at the EU level.
