§ Ms Glenda Jackson[holding answer 15 June 1998]Traffic Commissioners are required to submit annual reports to the Secretary of State on discharge of their Goods and Public Service Vehicle licensing functions and other responsibilities. Copies of these reports are placed in the Library. The Business Plan of the Traffic Area Network has not hitherto been published but I am placing a copy of the 1998–99 Plan in the Library.
