Further to the Written Answers by Lord Williams of Mostyn on 21 April (WA 200) and Baroness Jay of Paddington on 18 May (WA 139), when they will take action to deal with rough sleeping and aggressive begging around Westminster Cathedral. [HL2112]

Lord Williams of Mostyn

An initiative in March 1998 aimed at reducing the level of anti-social behaviour in the Westminster area resulted in 70 arrests.
