To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) what hospitality tickets are available to officials of the European Commission for the 1998 World Cup;[45171]

(2) how many world cup tickets have been purchased at what cost by European Community institutions for (a) members of staff and (b) guests; and what guidelines determine eligibility of award of tickets.[45172]
