The total number of entry clearance applications to the United Kingdom for temporary purposes made in Nigeria in 1994 to 1997, and the total numbers granted, initially or on appeal, are shown in the table. Visitor applications 307W are not separately identified, but they form the main part of applications for temporary purposes: also included are applications from students.
