§ Mr. BanksThe English Sports Council works closely with all London Boroughs to increase opportunities for young people to participate in sport through a number of 43W initiatives. The ESC is also part funding the London Youth Games, the finals of which take place on 11/12 July at Crystal Palace national Sports Centre.
