During the period 1 May 1997 to 30 April 1998 small businesses in Northern Ireland benefited from the repeal or amendment of the following regulations.

  • Health and Safety (Miscellaneous Fees Amendment) Regulations (NI) 1997
  • Motor Vehicle Testing (Amendment) Regulations (NI) 1998
  • Goods Vehicles Testing (Amendment) Regulations (NI) 1998
  • Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations (NI) 1998
  • Planning (Control of Advertisements) (Amendment) Regulations (NI) 1998.
