§ Mr. Stuart BellDisestablishment would not lie with the Commissioners to initiate and, without formal instructions and definitions, any estimates of costs are impractical.
However, for the record, the Prime Minister has indicated to me that neither he nor the Government generally have any policy for the disestablishment of the Church.
