To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) if he will make under-10m licences area specific; [53602]

(2) if he will adjust the allocation of the quota between under-10m and over-10m vessels to take account of former over-10m registered vessels that have been re-registered as under-10m vessels without reducing their catching potential; [53604]

(3) what estimate he has made of the number of under-10m licence holders now fishing in Area 7D which have no historic connection with the area; [53601]

(4) what estimate he has made of the extent of the practice of selling former over-10m licences together with the track records the vessels being temporarily shortened,
