§ Mr. HoonMy Department is working towards the target announced in the White Paper "A New Deal for Transport", that all headquarters and main buildings occupied by Executive Agencies should have green transport plans by March 1999 and all other key buildings by March 2000.
Since my previous reply, new arrangements for our Departmental car fleet have been finalised: the cars will be diesel powered, and the use of low sulphur diesel is being promoted to users.
