§ Ms QuinThe area manager has received a copy of the review of suicide awareness procedures at Norwich prison following the recent sequence of self-inflicted deaths at the establishment, as he commissioned that review. This is an internal review which is confidential. The current Prison Service policy is that internal reviews or reports are not disclosed. This policy is currently being reviewed but any change will not apply retrospectively.
