§ Mrs. Liddell[holding answer 21 July 1998]: The information on public sector capital expenditure as given in Table B 14 of the March 1998 FSBR was updated in Table A5 of the Comprehensive Spending Review—Statistical Annex.
The information in Table B 15 of the March 1998 FSBR will not be updated until September.
Table B16 of the March 1998 FSBR still gives the latest figures for estimated payments under PFI contracts.
Table B17 of the March 1998 FSBR sets out figures for General Government sales if fixed assets, debt sales and privatisation proceeds. Projections of disposals of fixed assets by central and local government over the next three years are set out in paragraph 4.2.3 of the Economic and Fiscal Strategy Report 1998.
