§ Ms Estelle MorrisAll maintained secondary schools are already statutorily required to provide sex education, including education about HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted infections. We intend to disseminate existing good practice more widely. We are, with the Department of Health, considering sex and relationships education in the context of the Government's health strategy.
