§ Mr. Raynsford[holding answer 24 July 1998]: The Rent Officer Statistics published by my Department for the first and second quarters of 1997 suggest that the number of fair rent cases in England which would fall due for bi-annual review in the first 6 months of 1999, if the tenancies still exist, are as follows:
