To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how many claims for industrial injuries disablement benefit for each of the last three years were made by officials or employees or former officials or employees of (a) Government or Government agencies, (b) the NHS, (c) local government or local government agencies and (d) the private sector. [50628]

The information requested is not available. Information is available only on the employment status of people receiving Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit and is collected by the Standard Industrial Classification on Economic Activity relevant to the employment they were in at the time the injury occurred or the prescribed disease was contracted. Such information as is available is set out in the tables.
