§ Mr. WorthingtonPeople with a learning disability have access to the full range of health services in Northern Ireland, in keeping with the Government's social inclusion policy. We are committed to continuous improvement of the standards of these services. Our agenda for improvement is set out in "Well Into 2000", published by the Department of Health and Social Services in 1997.
