Mr. Barnes

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list each(a) successful and (b) unsuccessful case brought by members of the public against the police for (i) malicious prosecution, (ii) false imprisonment and (iii) assault in the last five years, giving in each case the amount of compensation paid.
