§ Mr. RaynsfordWe have now made a preliminary decision to accept the final recommendations of the Local Government Commission for the districts of Cumbria. It is intended that the new arrangements will be established in time for the 1999 elections. Electoral Arrangement Orders are not subject to parliamentary procedure.
