The export to any destination of specially designed or modified production equipment for the production of ammunition is controlled under entry ML18 in Part III of Schedule 1 to the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994 (S.I. 1994/1991). The text of Part III of Schedule 1 is now set out in Schedule 1 to the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1996 (S.I. 1996–2663).
