§ Mr. DenhamDuring the period 2 July 1997 to 21 January 1998. the Contributions Agency received 285 elections from contracted-out salary-related schemes switching, under the provisions of regulation 76A of the 1996 Contracting-Out regulations (SI 1172), to contracting-out on a money purchase basis. Of these, 173 have been processed.
