§ Mr. MorleyThe Divisional Court ruled in July 1997 that the Government were in principle liable to pay damages to the applicants in the Factortame litigation. The Government are appealing against that judgment, and the appeal is due to be heard in March. No detailed claims for damages have yet been received.
