§ Mr. RookerThe Advisory Committee on Novel Foods and Processes already operates in accordance with many of the proposals contained in the white paper. For instance, it has for some time published agendas for its meetings and notes of its discussions as well as detailed reports of its safety assessment of individual novel food applications. More recently, it has been considering what action it might take to increase the openness of its operations still further and an announcement of this conclusions will be made shortly.
