§ Mr. RaynsfordThe Department publishes a six-monthly Planning Performance Checklist showing the performance of English local planning authorities against the Government's target that they should decide 80 per cent. of applications within eight weeks of receipt. The performance of Peterborough District Council against the national average over the past three financial years is given in the table.
