Whether they will obtain from the United States Congress the testimony submitted to the United States Congress Judiciary Committee hearing in the case Roe v. Wade together with a transcript of the hearing held in January. [HL650]

No. The testimony would add nothing to the Government's approach to abortion matters which are clearly established within the 1967 Abortion Act. The cost incurred would therefore be unjustified.
