§ Mr. StrawPA Consulting have been engaged to provide independent professional advice so as to ensure that we achieve best value for money from the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract for information technology services. We are taking all necessary steps to avoid any potential conflict of interest. These include an agreement with PA Consulting that they will not take part in any consortium bidding for the PFI contract.
