§ Mr. MilburnCornwall Community Health Council has rejected the proposals for changes to health services contained in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Health Authority's Service Strategy 1998–2003. The proposals have now been referred to my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for a final decision. He will be considering the proposals carefully and will only allow them to proceed if he is satisfied that they represent the best way forward for the health service in Cornwall.
