§ Mrs. LiddellIMF Staff and the Nicaraguan authorities have negotiated an adjustment programme which could by supported by the IMF's Enhanced Structural Adjustment Facility, though this has not yet been approved by the IMF Executive Board. The UK will have an opportunity to comment on the proposal at the discussion.
