§ Mr. HainThe appointment of the present Chief Executive was made by the Board of the Welsh Development Agency with the consent of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State. I have asked the Chairman of the Agency to write to the right hon. Member, and will arrange for a copy of his reply to be placed in the Library of the House.
