§ Mr. GalbraithAll local authorities in Scotland must apply the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992, as amended, when charging for 705W residential and nursing home care. The Regulations require that the payment of any war disablement pension to a resident is subject to a £10 weekly disregard.
