§ Mr. George HowarthThis information is not available since data are not routinely collected on whether individuals are suspected of drug offences. In addition, information is not collected centrally on whether or not suspected individuals are charged with such offences.684W However, information on those who were cautioned, prosecuted, found guilty and imprisoned for cannabis offences is given in the table.
