§ Mr. Doug HendersonArticle K.7 (6) of the Treaty on European Union, as amended by the Treaty of Amsterdam, will allow a member state or the Commission to review the legality of framework decisions and decisions adopted by the Council under Article K.6.2(b) and (c) of the Treaty on European Union.
The grounds of review listed in Article K.7 (6) are identical to those already found in Article 173 of the Treaty establishing the European Community under which the validity of Community acts can be challenged.
Article K.7 (6) will not permit challenge of measures taken by member states to give effect in their national law to any obligations resulting from framework decisions or decisions.
