§ Mr. Fatchett[holding answer 3 February 1998]: Officials have conducted an extensive search of Foreign office archives. They have been unable to find an answer to my hon. Friend's question. Without information on the background to the question, I do not believe it would be proper to conduct further searches. The cost would be disproportionately high.
