§ Mr. Meacher[pursuant to his reply, 29 January 1998, c. 324]: At the last meeting of Green Ministers on 18 December all Government Departments were represented except for the Scottish Office and the Law Officers' Departments. Most were represented at Ministerial level, but because of unavoidable other commitments the Lord Chancellor's Department, Home Office, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Social Security, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food were represented by officials.
